Cyclone Cleaning Pellets for powdercoating systems

Impact fusion within a cyclone can be a cause of contamination, mechanical cleaning is usually difficult and chemical cleaning is hazardous.

Cleaning pellets are a safe and simple solution to the problem.

Regular use will minimise the build-up of impact fusion and optimise your powder coating process.

The cleaning operation can be done as frequently as is necessary, daily, weekly or monthly depending upon the powder types and volumes used.

The pellets are carefully selected to be suspended in the cyclone air stream and abrasively remove the fused powder.

The removed impacted powder is so fine that it is carried out by the cyclone and collected in the after filter.

The cleaning pellets may be re-used several times, as they fall to the collection hopper when the airflow is turned off.

To clean a cyclone, pellets are simply placed in to the inlet and left to circulate for an hour.

Care should be taken not to allow pellets to fall into pinch valves or transfer pumps by using a bucket to collect them afterwards.

The pellets are sold per 4 Kilo package, 3 or 4 Kilograms are required per clean.
