Injection blastcabinet

This blastcabinet is a complete installation ready to operate after
connecting 220V, 1 ph, 50 Hz electricity and compressed air.

In injection blast cabinets the abrasive that has been blasted onto the components,
falls into a hopper after which it is sucked through a hose to the blast pistol for reuse.

The blasting control is by means of a foot pedal.
The required abrasive capacity can be chosen quickly and
accurately by means of a regulating valve.

A dust arrestor is integrated and fitted with a cartridge filter based on
the capacity of the cabinet. The cartridge is cleaned by means of
compressed air.

The cabinet is delivered completely with:

- airpressure regulator with gauge
- footpedal to start/stop the blast operation
- lightning box mounted in top of the cabinet
- complete with blastgun complete with ceramic nozzle
- airgun to clean the products after blasting
- safety valve on the door
- dust collector cartridge filter, with motor 220V-1 ph-50 Hz.
