This improved electrostatic powder enamel adhesion tester is mounted on a solid groundplate, has two clamps to hold the test plate during impact and a scale to improve impact repeatability.
Support structure & base are finished with a durable black powdercoating.
This instrument is ideal for checking the adhesion of electrostatic charged powder enamel after impact, according to EEA quality requirements section 8.4.3.
