This innovative laboratory instrument measure hydrogen diffusion through any metallic materials.

This instrument may be used to

Evaluate the fish-scale susceptibility in steel for enamelling;
Compare enamel performance during forced fish-scale test.

Once acquired, the signal that depends on the hydrogen flux in the examined component, is processed by proper mathematical codes (on a dedicated PC) to assess the parameters related to hydrogen diffusion and the corresponding material permeation properties.
